Cllr Kirsty Roberts and Cllr Chris Knight accompanied by council candidate Stephen Stark were out this weekend meeting Hampstead residents to discuss in particular the roads in which they live. One resident complained to Chris about council workmen who had left unnecessary barriers on the pavement. Cllr Knight immediately telephoned the relevant council department and within one hour the barriers were removed. Another resident complained to Kirsty and Stephen that two bicycles that had been chained to a lamppost for some considerable time, assumed dumped. Kirsty will now be making contact with the relevant department to have this investigated and if the owners cannot be traced then the bikes will be removed.
